Which ARG company do you work for and when did you start?
I started working for Allied Tech in 2021.
What excites you most about work every day?
It’s different every day. We have a great team culture. We have a great training program. Management cares about us and wants the best for us. I get to help people achieve their career goals.
What inspired you to pursue the career you have today?
I wanted to help people and work at a company where I wouldn’t just be a drop in the ocean.
What do you think are the most essential skills that you bring to your job?
Strong communication, healthy competition, empathy, confidence.
What is the best piece of advice anyone has ever given you?
Don’t be invisible, be remarkable. -Highschool basketball coach
What’s the best thing that has happened to you in the last twelve months?
I got married to the love o’ my life!!
