Responsibilities:
- Perform and/or manage all phases of business development from sales strategies, new client development, client account management, market analysis, competitor intel, proposal & pricing generation, contract negotiation, and oversight of the operational seller-doers. Our work spans all phases of a project.
- Oversee client accounts and coordinate Core Client management by operations.

Responsibilities:
Project Management/Billing: Project management reporting for business unit that includes:
- Perform all aspects of Project Accounting from project setup and maintenance

Financial Reporting:

Corporate Benefits Administrator (ARG)
The Corporate Benefits Administrator is responsible for directing and planning the day-to-day administration of all group benefits programs, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short- and long-term disability, voluntary benefits, flexible spending plan, health savings plan, employee leave of absence programs, and 401(k) plan.
The employee will be a proven HR professional with several years of benefits administration experience. They will have a history of providing excellent customer service with an elevated level of professionalism and integrity. The administrator continually investigates new benefits programs, improves existing programs, and supervises and monitors benefits administration. This role may occasionally work on HR projects that are not related to benefits.
Responsibilities:
Benefit Administration:
- Follow ERISA and ACA guidelines to administer the benefit plans
- Assist employees regarding eligibility, benefit claim issues and plan changes
- Distribute compliance communications to employees
- Assist with new-hire orientation
- Work with Marketing team to design enrollment materials and create monthly newsletters and communications
- Respond to benefits inquiries from managers and employees on plan provisions, benefits enrollments, status changes and other general inquiries

- Initiate annual plan audit and manage auditor’s attentiveness and timeliness
- Approve annual Form 5500 and ensure it is filed timely, or the extension is filed
- Respond to 401(k) inquiries from managers and employees relating to enrollments, plan changes and contribution amounts. Manages the annual catch-up contribution enrollment
- Troubleshoot vendor file feed issues
HRIS and Vendor Management:
- Ensure the accuracy of all benefits enrollments in the HRIS to provide vendors with accurate eligibility information
- Compile or assist with the acquisition of complex data reports, summaries, and logs for senior executives and vendor partners
- Work with Corporate HR Director to deliver process improvements, system enhancements and new applications to support business strategies and operational needs
- Serve as lead representative and liaison between HR and external vendors, for design and implementation projects

Accounting Manager (ARMS)
Job Responsibilities:
Payroll
- Manage the team responsible for the collection, organization, and data processing for weekly timecards to process payroll and customer billings.
- Monitor timecard submittals into customer portals and resolve issues in a timely manner by collaborating with the account management and recruiting team.
- Review weekly payroll reports to ensure accuracy.
- Assist in responding to payroll inquiries from internal and external parties.
