Committed to
our Values.

ARG is a people company. We understand that the success of our organization is a direct result of our employees’ success. It is vital to all of our business leaders that we design workplaces where people feel appreciated and valued so much that they don’t want to leave. This is why ARG is dedicated to nurturing team building, opportunities for growth, and a workplace culture that is second to none.

We embrace our community. Through internal and external initiatives, we provide employees with opportunities to grow personally and professionally, collaborate with one another, and give back to the community.

We believe that by nurturing an entrepreneurial environment for each of our companies in critical infrastructure sectors to thrive, we can achieve positive outcomes that improve the lives of our employees, clients, and communities.

Diversity, Equity,
and Inclusion.

ARG recognizes the importance of diversity in the workplace. We are deeply committed to operating an inclusive culture through listening, acceptance and honoring the differences that make our employees unique. We believe that our employees have a responsibility to uphold these standards of mutual respect. It is through everyone’s actions that we can continue to foster a supportive and encouraging environment for meaningful career growth and overall success.

Our Partnerships

Powered by Our People is more than just a tagline-it is the core of who we are as an organization. ARG has established strategic partnerships with local groups to help us maximize our impact on the communities where we live and work. A few of the organizations we support are listed below.

Bringing Hope Home (BHH) provides financial and emotional support to local families living with cancer. Through the Light of Hope Family Grant Program, we pay household bills to ensure that financially struggling immunocompromised families are able to stay in their homes, with utilities paid and food on the table, while they are dealing with cancer.

The Challenge Program’s mission is to motivate high school students to develop the habits required to succeed in school and in their careers by building business and education partnerships. They receive mentorship as well as financial awards for completing goals such as academic excellence, community service, academic improvement, stem, and attendance.

The Great Valley Community Organization is in the planning stages of new state-of-the-art community center in Malvern, PA. When it is complete, the center will offer sports, educational, arts, recreational and senior programs that address key needs in the community.

The House of Hope project will remodel and expand the Grace and Peace building in North Philadelphia into a safe haven committed to delivering social change and transforming lives by developing and implementing enrichment programs and services that are needed in the community.
