We’re excited to welcome Drew Talone to Allied Resources Group (ARG) as Managing Director of Allied Resources Technical Consultants (ARTC), one of our staffing and workforce solutions companies.

Drew brings nearly 20 years of experience in the staffing industry, with a strong background in building high-performing teams, driving business development, and creating scalable processes that support long-term growth.

Drew’s connection to ARTC started with a familiar face. “I’ve known Negin Naraghi for many years, and I reached out to her when I saw she was hiring at ARTC,” he shared. “The more I learned about the company, the more I felt it was a place I truly wanted to be part of.”

That interest quickly turned into an opportunity to contribute to a team already gaining momentum. “I saw a strong opportunity to help grow an outstanding team and take it to the next level.”

In his role, Drew will lead ARTC’s sales and recruiting efforts, with a focus on implementing best practices, strengthening team performance, and building scalable processes to support continued expansion. His experience across multiple industries gives him a well-rounded perspective on what drives performance—and what can hold teams back.

“I’ve developed a strong understanding of what drives high-performing teams, as well as what can hinder them,” Drew said. “I’m looking forward to using that experience to support ARTC’s continued success and long-term growth.”
