Special Guests:

We are excited to announce the presence of some special guests at the party! Joining us from the Philadelphia Eagles will be Coach Nick Sirianni, Offensive Tackle Jordan Mailata, Tight End Dallas Goedert, and former Eagles Running Back LeSean “Shady” McCoy, and Defensive End Vinny Curry. From the Sixers, we have Paul Reed and Jaden Springer. Employees are invited to bring two items for autograph signing by the athletes. Please remember that this does not apply to guests of employees. To ensure a smooth experience, we kindly ask everyone to adhere to the designated stanchioned lines and refrain from accessing the area behind the athlete tables under any circumstances. Failure to comply with these guidelines may result in being escorted from the area.

Arrival:

When you arrive at the venue, please inform the gatehouse attendant that you are attending the “ARG event.” Follow the signs along the designated road that leads to the “Lafayette Ballroom.” Valet parking will be available, so you can leave your car with the valet. Look for the balloons that will guide you to the check-in area where you will receive a wristband and a name tag. It is mandatory to check-in upon arrival to ensure a smooth process.

Alcohol Policy:

Alcohol consumption is permitted for employees and legal drinking age guests. However, please remember that underage drinking is strictly prohibited. We expect all attendees to drink responsibly and make arrangements for pre-arranged transportation if they plan to consume alcohol. If you observe any violations of the alcohol policy, please report them to the event manager. Any violations may lead to removal from the premises and disciplinary action.

Dress Code:

The dress code for the party is refined and relaxed summer gathering attire. Please avoid wearing jeans and gym sneakers.
