Which ARG company do you work for and when did you start?
I started working for Allied Engineering and Design in 2021.
What excites you most about work every day?
Different projects, new client opportunities, and growing the business.
What inspired you to pursue the career you have today?
More responsibility, and the opportunity to work for a company that truly cares about their employees and doesn’t just say it.
What do you think are the most essential skills that you bring to your job?
1) Willingness to make important decisions
2) Ability to communicate with clients
3) I bring solutions not problems to projects/programs
What is the best piece of advice anyone has ever given you?
Obtain your PE license prior to moving on to project/construction management.
What’s the best thing that has happened to you in the last twelve months?
An exciting new job and a promotion from what I was doing previously.
