Which ARG company do you work for and when did you start?
I started working for RTR in 2016.
What is your title?
CAD Manager, I.T. Manager, Senior Surveyor, Drone Pilot
What excites you most about work every day?
Seeing my friends and solving problems with them to make our work more efficient.
What inspired you to pursue the career you have today?
I had a desire to work with technology and use it to solve problems and enhance efficiency. Decades ago, I developed a piece of software that sped up a very mundane task – I found it exciting then and still do now.
What do you think are the most essential skills that you bring to your job?
1. Creativity in data manipulation and collection.
2. The ability to make different pieces of software communicate.
What is the best piece of advice anyone has ever given you?
Follow your heart.

What’s the best thing that has happened to you in the last twelve months?
I took my mother’s ashes on a motorcycle tour of New England, wrote a piece about the trip as a tribute to her and my sister, Marylou, who saw to her care at the end.
