Empowering Confidence: ARG’s Negin Naraghi Leads Breakout Session at PA Chamber Women in Business Conference

Allied Resources Group (ARG) was proud to be represented by Negin Naraghi, Senior Vice President of Staffing & Workforce Augmentation, at the 2026 Pennsylvania Chamber of Business and Industry Women in Business Conference. The annual event, held at the Lancaster Marriott, brought together hundreds of professionals from across the Commonwealth for a day centered on growth, leadership, and meaningful conversation.

Negin led a breakout session titled “Owning Your Value: Negotiating with Confidence,” where she guided attendees through strategies to communicate their value, navigate critical discussions, and approach career-defining opportunities with clarity and assurance.
