Allied Resources Group is excited to announce that, as of November 30, 2023, it has acquired STV’s midstream oil and gas business operations. The acquired stand-alone entity has been rebranded as AED Energy Services.
Under the ARG umbrella, AED Energy Services is committed to maintaining its esteemed reputation for high-quality engineering services. ARG’s commitment to preserving their legacy aligns with the goal of enhancing the value brought to all existing and future clients.
