Which ARG company do you work for and when did you start?
I started working for Allied Engineering and Design in 2018.
What excites you most about work every day?
The challenge to produce the best product for our clients.
What inspired you to pursue the career you have today?
Working in my dad’s autobody shop.
What do you think are the most essential skills that you bring to your job?
Willing to listen to others and take directions.
What is the best piece of advice anyone has ever given you?
Be dependable, treat people how you would want to be treated.
What’s the best thing that has happened to you in the last twelve months?
Being hired back after COVID.
