Which ARG company do you work for and when did you start?
I started working for ARMS in 2021
What excites you most about work every day?
Working with such an amazing team and helping nurses save lives through onboarding them for new assignments.
What inspired you to pursue the career you have today?
I have BA in Human Resources Management with the intent of wanting to help others within the workplace, which I get to do now by helping nurses start their travel assignments.
What do you think are the most essential skills that you bring to your job?
Empathy, self-motivation, strong work ethic, helping other team members, and attention to detail.
What is the best piece of advice anyone has ever given you?

What’s the best thing that has happened to you in the last twelve months?
Being promoted to a senior position.
