Which ARG company do you work for and when did you start?
I joined ARMstaffing in 2019.
What excites you most about work every day?
My amazing onboarding team, the difference we make in the world, and the culture and environment of the office.
What inspired you to pursue the career you have today?
I always wanted to be a teacher. Something about leading a classroom and educating students was always so fascinating to me. I had so many memorable and impactful teachers in my life and knew that was my passion. I finished my degree in English Composition from ESU and landed a job in a translation company, copyediting and proofreading documents. I knew the company wasn’t for me, but I found an interest in staffing and HR. Needless to say, I ended up applying for ARMS right after having my first child in 2019 and have been happy ever since.
What do you think are the most essential skills that you bring to your job?
A positive, can-do attitude, teamwork, time management, and relationship engagement with external and internal clients.
What is the best piece of advice anyone has ever given you?
A new mistake shows progress. An old re-occurring mistake shows stupidity.
What’s the best thing that has happened to you in the last twelve months?
The birth of my son (Sawyer).
